By using LoomCam Pro, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not to confuse you.

What LoomCam Pro is

LoomCam Pro is a real-time webcam avatar transformation tool. It uses your camera input to drive a chosen avatar look, live, on your device. It is not a communication platform or recording service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LoomCam Pro responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Use the service to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Attempt to impersonate a real identifiable person without their consent in a context designed to deceive.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Billing and credits

• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted based on active usage time.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

No impersonation

You may not use LoomCam Pro to impersonate any real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. This includes creating avatars intended to deceive others into believing they are interacting with that person. Violating this rule results in an immediate, permanent account ban with no appeal.

Respectful use only

This platform must not be used to create harmful, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content of any kind. Accounts found in violation of this rule will be permanently banned, and where required by law, relevant activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or technical issues.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
